There’s good news and bad news when it comes to Americans’ mental health. The bad news is that in 2021, mental health scores fell far below pre-pandemic levels. In the first two months of 2022 they took yet another hit. The good news is that employers can take decisive action to support their workers and help turn these scores around.
By providing employees with the right benefits, businesses gain several benefits — including happier employees, more productive workers, and a boost to hiring and retention.
